🇪🇺 CowCare has received from one of its suppliers wrong mixing tips. In the picture below you see 3 different mixing tips which are used on the cartridges of the HT COLD and HT HOT glue.
Two mixing tips in the middle and on the right are with the brand QUADRO written on it, those mixing tips are GOOD and can be used with the HOT and the COLD glue.
The mixing tip on the left side in the picture is without brand name and is NOT of the quality which you may expect from CowCare. The glue won’t mix good in those mixing tips without brand. We advice you NOT to use that mixing tip!
If you have received from us the mixing tips with the wide opening and without the brand name (QUADRO) on it, we would like you to contact your manager, so we can replace those low quality mixing tips with the correct ones.
