STICKY DICKY TURBO Claw Glue is the next level in two-component adhesive glue for professional hoof trimmers. Produced without carcinogens and with a set time between  5 and 10 seconds, STICKY DICKY does what it is made for: glue a claw block in a fast, efficient, and safe way for the cow and the hoof trimmer, even at low ambient temperatures.

STICKY DICKY TURBO Claw Glue is a black hoof adhesive for cattle to glue wooden, rubber or polyurethane (PU) claw blocks on the hoof.  A cartridge contains 200 ml of hoof glue and is suitable for 9 to 11 applications.

This ultra quick-drying polyurethane glue bonds quickly and strongly and has no unpleasant odour.  It is the ideal adhesive glue for professional hoof care due to its extremely fast-drying action.  It contains no carcinogens, which not only makes it safe for the user and the cow, but also does not require a PU certificate to be used in EU.

WARNING 

The application temperature of STICKY DICKY TURBO Claw Glue is between -10°C and +30°C. Therefor: 

• Do NOT put this glue in a heating box! 
• Do NOT use a heating gun on the claw or the glue, but make sure the claw is clean and dry! 
• Storage temperature for this glue should not exceed +23°C! 
• If the outside temperature reaches +23°C, use a cooling box for the glue. 

Not following above regulations may lead to blocks falling off early. 

At a outside temperature of +25C the processing time is 6 seconds. This time starts at the moment the glue enters the mixing tip. We therefor recommend STICKY DICKY TURBO Claw Glue only for extremely fast hoof trimmers and/or for use in wintertime.
