The current market development shows that hoof trimming chutes are becoming bigger and heavier because of the need to trim more and larger herds of cows – meaning the hoof trimmer is expected to work more efficiently and faster. Alu-Hooftrimmer CC01 was developed by professional hoof trimmers for professional hoof trimmers who are working alone.
It is made of a patented alloy frame, starts with a weight of 715 kg, has the fastest hydraulic system on the current market and boasts a unique belly band system, ensuring an efficient and sustainable work experience. In addition, the speed of the hydraulic functions can be individually adjusted, making this chute also interesting for hoof trimmers new to the profession.
The standard is fitted with a remote control that controls five functions: front gates, belly band, backbar, lifts, and front and back leg winches.
The added elevator goes up by 35 cm and positions CC01 and cow in an ergonomic work position, supporting the hoof trimmer’s working attitude in a positive manner. It can be towed by a car or transported on a trailer.
The Alu-Hooftrimmer CC01 chute is a high-end product which shines with its low weight, fast hydraulic functions, sustainable material, efficiency and well-thought-out system.
You may ask, what is the difference between CC01 and CC02? The answer is that this crush has a backbar that is shaped like W, making it similar to most Dutch models. Also, there are differences between back door fixation.
