Sales and Delivery Conditions

  1. Prices can change without prior notice.
  2. All prices are excluding VAT and ex-works.
  3. Pictures and weight in the online store are illustrative and they may differ from real goods.
  4. We work with 100% pre-payment for new clients – first 3 orders!
  5. CowCare SIA retains ownership of the goods sold until the full purchase price is paid.
  6. Delivery will be effected according to our current standard terms and conditions of sale.
  7. Spray cans and liquids cannot be sent by air-post.

  1. Orders with a value above € 500,00 will be shipped for free to the following countries  (mainland): if they can be shipped with MyParcel.
  • The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Denmark, Luxemburg.
  1. Orders with a value above € 2000,00 will be shipped for free to the following countries(mainland): if they can be shipped with MyParcel.
  • Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Hungary, Ireland.
  1. Packages outside the European Union have a max weight of 20 kg per package (send with MyParcel shipping system).
  2. For orders outside the European Union, a document fee of € 15,- will be calculated per order.

  1. Returns of unused products and materials are only possible up to 14 days after receiving the goods! The delivered goods remain in the property of CowCare SIA until full payment has been received. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
