CowCare ROUND Hoof Trimming Disc, aluminium, 4 round inserts, open

The disc features long-wearing hardened cutting inserts that remove hoof material efficiently and smoothly. Each round insert has two sharpened cutting edges and can be rotated and resharpened multiple times, significantly extending service life and reducing operating costs. Depending on use and hoof conditions, the inserts can trim approximately 100–150 animals before becoming dull. Replacement inserts are available.

Thanks to its lightweight aluminium construction, this disc reduces wrist strain and torque during prolonged trimming sessions, making it comfortable to use while maintaining high performance. The round insert design allows for more aggressive material removal and is therefore recommended for experienced hoof trimmers who require efficiency and speed when working on large herds.

The disc is finished in a distinctive gold colour, making it easily recognisable among professional trimming tools.
