Instruction for use
Insert the diamond coated grinding pencil into the machine. To sharpen, run the length of the blade with slight pressure across the steel at about a 20-degree angle. The best result is ensured after repeating the process 10 to 20 times. Now, flip the blade over and repeat on the other side. Finish with wiping the knife with a cloth to remove metal fillings.
