  3. For new clients, the first three orders require 100% prepayment.
  4. CowCare retains ownership of the supplied goods until full payment for the goods, as well as any other applicable charges, such as delivery costs, has been received.
  5. The images and weight specifications displayed in the online store or in any documents, such as sales quotes, are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from the actual product.

7. Sprays and liquids cannot be shipped via air mail.

8. Standard shipping costs for packages:

  • European Union (mainland): €15 per package, with a maximum weight of 20 kilograms pr package
  • Latvia: €5 per package, with a maximum weight of 20 kilograms per package, if shipped from Latvia, to a parchel machine in Latvia; €15 per package, with a maximum weight of 20 kilograms per package, if shipped from the Netherlands

9. Standard shipping costs for pallets:

  • European Union (mainland): calculated separately per order
  • The Netherlands and Belgium: €95 per pallet (if shipped from the Netherlands)

10. For all non-standard deliveries, shipping costs will be calculated based on the details of the order.

11. Orders with a total weight of 200 kilograms or more will be shipped on a pallet.

12. Products weighing more than 20 kilograms per unit will be shipped on a pallet.

13. Returns of unused products and materials, including claims regarding missing or incorrect items, are permitted only within 14 days (as indicated by the delivery date from the carrier). All returned items will be inspected. If the item has been opened or used, a partial refund may be issued. If the return is due to an error on CowCare’s part or a defective product, CowCare will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Gift card Terms and Conditions

CowCare gift cards can only be redeemed on our official website – www.cowcare.eu

  1. To redeem your gift card, enter the provided code into the promo code section in your shopping cart or during checkout.
  2. Each gift card code is only usable once. As soon as the purchase has been made by using the code, the card becomes inactive.
  3. Gift cards are private and cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, or special deals.
  4. The Chute Delivery Gift Card is valid for three months from the date of issue. Expired cards will not be accepted or renewed.
