CowCare PROF hoof trimming disc is meant for professional hoof trimmers. The disc is made of anodised aluminium and has 2 mm inserts. Because of the open design is is fast and smooth.

CowCare PROF hoof trimming disc is made with a special design after long testing with professional hoof trimmers. The PROF hoof trimming disc is an open disc with 6 inserts and a diameter of 115 mm. It is suitable for almost all angle grinders on the market. The required power to use it is a 1000 Watt angle grinder.

Compatibility

This hoof trimming disc is compatible with the following replacement blades:

Replacement Blades for hoof trimming discs, 4 cutting edges, 14 × 14 × 2 mm (Item No. 13051601) – for more aggressive trimming. Replacement Blades for hoof trimming discs, 4 cutting edges, 14 × 14 × 3 mm (Item No. 31060204) – for less aggressive trimming. For secure blade installation, use the CowCare screws (Item No. 13051602) for fixing 2–3 mm replacement blades into the CowCare disc. These screws are specifically designed to ensure safe and reliable fastening of both 2 mm and 3 mm replacement blades.

Important!

When buying this disc new, it is important to first try the disc on a block of wood. The aggressiveness of the changeable knives will be take off a bit and you get a feeling how the discs feels in the hand.
